Returns Policy

Customers may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Try My Closet will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., if you received an incorrect or defective item). This policy applies exclusively to items purchased directly from TryMyCloset.com. For purchases made through other platforms such as eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, etc., please refer to the respective sites’ shipping and return policies. Returns can be initiated from your account page on our website.

Please note that all clearance sales are final, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Nevertheless, customers have 14 days to return unopened clearance items for store credit. Please be aware that shipping costs for the return of clearance items are not covered by Try My Closet. Additionally, any Hanger Points earned from clearance sale purchases will be revoked if the items are returned.

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of the return shipper receiving the package with tracking. This timeframe includes:

• The transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
• The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
• The time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)

In many cases, you will receive a refund more promptly than the stated period. If you need to return an item, please use the ‘Return’ tab in your account or Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions for how to return items from your order swiftly.

Shipping

Try My Closet ships to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Some products may have shipping restrictions and cannot be sent to international destinations. Both domestic and international shipping rates are set at a standard flat rate, reflective of current market pricing. Customers are responsible for all Custom Declaration Fees at the time of pickup.

When placing an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, depending on the shipping provider chosen.

The shipping rates are a flat rate that includes standard shipping costs, which are generally lower than current market rates but still within a reasonable limit. To align with the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. This does not apply during periods of free shipping or to items labeled “Free Shipping.” Free Shipping is available on orders with a base price of $50 domestically and $65 internationally.

International Customers: Items marked “Free Shipping” are typically reserved for domestic shipping. Try My Closet, LLC reserves the right to cancel any sales that do not meet the international free shipping threshold of $65. International Shipping Rates are set at $19.95 as of 4/15/2020, and these rates may apply to your order if you select items from our Free Shipping categories (e.g., Jewelry and Accessories Department). Shipping costs for First Class Mail International (under 16 pounds) would be prohibitive for both our company and our customers. To avoid additional shipping costs, we recommend adding an item that requires shipping to your order or reaching the Free Shipping threshold for international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping prices are subject to change without prior written notice. However, we endeavor to keep our customers informed of any significant updates to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
