Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). This applies to items purchased directly from TryMyCloset.Com and does not apply to our other seller's platforms (i.e. Ebay, Etsy, Poshmark, Etc.) Please see shipping and return policies on those perspective sites. You may start returns from your account page. 

All clearance sales are final unless otherwise stated. However, you will have 14 days to return unopened items for store credit. Shipping costs will not be covered in the return of clearance items. All Hanger Points associated with clearance sale purchases will be rescinded upon return of the item(s).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper with tracking, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please use the Return tab in your account to process your return or you can Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Domestic and International shipping rates are set at a standard flat rate fee reflective of current market pricing. All Custom Declaration Fees are the sole responsibility of the customer at time of pickup.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates are flat rate that include standard shipping costs that are generally lower than market trending rates but still within a reasonable limit.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound; Unless otherwise stated during periods of free shipping or on items that are labeled "Free Shipping". Free Shipping is offered on orders totaling $50 base price domestic and $65 international.

Note to International Customers: Items that are marked "Free Shipping" are generally reserved to Domestic Shipping and Try My Closet, LLC reserves the right to cancel any sale(s) that fall under this category if a Free Shipping item is ordered and does not meet the threshold for International Free Shipping of $65. International Shipping Rates are set to $19.95 as of 4/15/2020 and these rates may apply to your order if you order from our current Free Shipping categories (i.e. Jewelry and Accessories Department).  Shipping costs for First Class Mail International (under 16 pounds) would be costly for our company and to our customers. It would be helpful to order an item that requires shipping to be added to your order or to meet the Free Shipping threshold for International Shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping prices are subject to change without written notification. However, we strive to keep you updated on any significant changes to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
